• 6/2/24The Rainbow Frosted Cookie is the star of the menu and makes Swirl the best place to get a cookie in Charlotte. The Chocolate Chunk Cookie is a classic, great for sharing.

• 8/17/25I ordered the Strawberry and the Cookies n' Cream . The box was a bit tough to open, even though it does secure the cupcake during transport. The icing was too sweet and runny on both cupcakes. The Fruity Pebbles on the Strawberry tasted stale and the Cookies on the other cupcake were soggy. I had a taste for cupcakes and chose this place. It's highly unlikely that I would order again.

• 4/14/25Cupcakes tasted fresh , frosting was rich. Could've gone without the cookie, but it could also be someone elses cup of tea. Otherwise, very yummy

• 8/27/23the Sprinkle Cookie at this location always feel under cooked without as many sprinkles as the original store. I prefer getting my cookies from the original location.
