Each selection served two enchiladas per person with rice and beans. 10 person minimum per item required. Sylvia's enchiladas are made completely from scratch in the tradition of her ancestors. Famous for her 18 varieties, they are artfully prepared in the interior of Mexico style as well as the ever popular Tex Mex style.
