Very tasty and everyone else in the place was speaking French, so it's pretty authentic, best I can tell as an Ohioan.
I got the oxtail (soft and spicy and melt in your mouth!)and the person at the table next to us said that it will make me live 10 years longer if I kept eating like that! Served with a delicious rice dish with veggies in and a small salad! Mom got twice fried plantains and chicken.
Will be back for sure!

Food was super good and fresh. Rice is pretty dry, I poured the sauce it came withon it, not sure it's there for the rice or the griot. After putting that and the cabbage (which is spicy) on it, it was pretty good. I am not a black bean fan so that could be why I have that take.

I knew this would be a disaster based on some of these pics but still took a chance.
I was expecting diri djon djon but instead got rice with black beans. It tasted decent but basmati rice is not great for that, jasmine rice works best but they deceived me altogether- unacceptable.
The griot and chicken were decent and edible but I can tell this wasn't cleaned Haitian style and lathered in epis, they were undercooked as well so I'll finish air frying them probably.
The banan peze was the only good thing, nice and crispy like I like em- sucks I couldn't enjoy it with the pikliz though.
The sauce was good, I'll call it coleslaw because calling it pikliz would be a slap to pikliz; it smelled old and bad, not spicy and tasty at all.
They give you "salad" but no dressing.
