I was excited to try this place right when they opened the Fraser location, but I would consider it overpriced even if it wasn't so bland. If this is truly authentic Mexican then there are clearly very distinct regions of Mexico w/r/t cuisine... I sincerely hope they are able to up their game, because the point in time when you could have gotten away with this in Vancouver is long gone; we're certainly not LA, but we *do* have some pretty good Mexican options these days. It's tough to run a restaurant, I get that. But it's tougher to recommend what we ate.
They do that thing where the "guac" is mixed with the pico de gallo, so it's extremely watery, which I find unsatisfying to the point that it's a bummer; the "combo" my wife got was a burrito with a handful of tortilla chips, and the chips weren't any better than something you could pick up at Costco; I haven't seen a vegetarian option that involves cactus before, and was really curious to try it, but it didn't stand out in either flavour or texture; and *OOF* was that all a shocker after what we paid.

Originally ordered the quesabirria but was told after ordering that it was out of stock instead of them removing it from their page to reflect as such. I recieved one Churro but wasn't able to enjoy since it was burnt. After taking one bite and tasting char I had to toss it.

I ordered the burrito and quesadilla... it just does not taste right. I live in San Diego so I've had a lot of authentic Mexican food. All I can say is it does not taste like that.
