I ordered 2 Grilled Cheese Burritos came very burnt so sad:( also ordered a sweet tea that was fine though

The order was incorrect. They gave us the wrong burrito, the wrong soft drink, no sauce for the stackers and one of the stackers was not chicken. I don't know who put this order together but I've given Taco Bell here in Strasburg many opportunities to make things right. They just can't.

I ordered 11 tacos and a tostada, along with 12 packs of sauce and an order of Cinnabon cinnamon rolls. However, I received neither the sauce nor the rolls. When I spoke with the manager, he advised me to place another order. However, he mentioned that it would cost me more money. He said I have two options: either come back to pick up the rest of my order myself, or call DoorDash to have them deliver the missing items to me for free. Those are my only two options, so either you cover the cost to resolve this, or I pay a fee to get it fixed while receiving the manager's apology.
