Chicken tasted like tuna fish/strangely seasoned, and the taco was a soggy mess in a soft shell on delivery, pork tasted weirdly seasoned as well

i ordered a taco salad with everything except pico the gallo and also added a SIDE of rice & beans (wich i paid extra for it) ,. They didn't add any beans or rice on my taco salad! so dissapointed. taco salad does come with rice and beans! not on the side!

My taco salad had so much water in it for the lettuce that it ruined my tortilla and tasted like taco salad soup. Disgusting.

first time I've had their food. it's fantastic! I don't know if I can go back to taco Bell ever again...lol.
