The Quesabirria de Res / Beef Quesabirria tortillas weren't fried. I selected cheese and cilantro with no pickled onions and they did the opposite. The quesabirra Consomé de Birria / Birria Consomme was not filled all the way and it was cold. Other than that the Quesadillas were as ordered. It's not the same as the Taco Fuego food truck I always go to at the galleria food truck park.
