Ordered meat and potato burrito combo with iced tea from Heights store which used to be the best. Added extra beef on my meat and potato burrito. As you can see from the photo extra beef wasn't added, and there was maybe two oles in my meat and potato burrito. Potato oles were ice cold and clearly old. They were all dry and crunchy. Iced tea was ridiculously watered down and undrinkable. $13 plus dollars? I remember when they claimed to be "Hot & Fresh". I guess that's long gone.

Four Cheese Quesadilla - Cheese was cold and hardly any cheese... Red Rice (I submitted a picture) was half full and had been in there for quite some time... Rice was hard and non edible, not to mention I wasn't given any silverware. Cherry on top of it all was that I didn't even receive my medium pepsi. No Bueno at all, despite the reviews I have received on this restaurant.

The beef and potato burrito was primarily lettuce. What little bit of beef that was in the burrito was dry like it was the bottom of the batch and far from freshly rotated. It appears as the staff was playing the, I am at the end of my shift and don't want to wash the pan, game. I found 3 ole's a light smear of what I hope is the cheese and again, a skinny burrito full of shredded lettuce. The lack of consistency when it comes to your food is nothing but consistent. The food should be the exact same each time it is ordered. The ONLY thing that they got right was the no tomato.

I ordered fried chicken thinking it was going to be strips of chicken for almost 10.00. Wellthey were strips the size of your finger! I am not happy with that. For the cost they should have been strips not nuggets. The photo Iam adding is my son's finger next to the chicken not mine.
