They gave caramelized onions roasted jalapenos cucumbers and radishes! So good and the meat was juicy as well.

I really wanted to love this food, but it was a miss for me. The pastor was considerably too sweet (I recognize it has a sweet profile with the pineapple), but just too much. And the green chile smother on the Smothered Burrito also missed the mark for me.
The Asada taco (barbacoa) was full of meat, which I appreciate for having spent over 3 bucks for it, but it was missing some flavor. Having salsas in my order would have helped the flavor issues, if there was any, but I can't speak to the quality since it wasn't included.

IMHO this is the best TacoMex location in east Denver. They give you a bunch of salsa if you ask and everything is well done.
