Their Flautas are freaking delicious. The meat is perfectly seasoned for the crunchy shells. If you can, mix the salsa verde with some sour cream for a great crema to go on the Asada tacos.

the steak in the Asada tacos was fatty and bland.
the Flautas were dry but thankfully had lots of sauce.
