Hearty pork broth simmered over 14 hours served with spicy bean sprouts, kikurage, green onions, half seasoned egg and traditional Japanese noodle.

Our chicken ramen is made using the highest quality of fresh ingredients. We cook our broths for (twelves hours to ensure natural flavor free of any additives. Flavored with high quality and organic chicken broth that's been simmered slowly for over 12 hours for maximum flavor. Chicken ramen comes with thin noodles.

Our broth is made only with vegetables, fresh vegetable soup without the use of peanuts and free of any additives. Gluten-free noodles made of soy available upon request. Vegetarian ramen comes with thin noodles served with broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, kikurage/wood-ear mushroom), bean-sprouts, and tofu. Traditional and gluten-free noodles are dairy free for our vegans.
