Absolutely phenomenal some of the best Filete de Pescado / Fish Fillet in Springfield, Tennessee!
It's really important for me to get true authentic Mexican food and there's nothing like this restaurant. I am afro-Latina and Caribbean; so when I go out for dinner is important for me to get something fresh,authentic, and flavorful. So the taste of culture is important for me!!!!
I really taste the love in the flavor and it's so different. truly delicious and I can't wait to get more.! Man let me tell you: the crispiness,freshness and flavor of the fish is absolutely amazing. I cannot get any other fried fish in this city that tastes so good. And the Cecina a la Plancha / Grilled Salted Steak was delicious. Tender and flavorful.
Me and my dad had dinner and a movie on a Friday night and I chose to get this and it was so delicious! The food is always fresh. The portion is always more than enough !!! Mas finas for sure. Not forget the sopes y tacos are fire too!

Fotos no tengo estaba tan delicioso y se veía tan bien que fue difícil resistirme y esperar a tirar la foto. Pedí Mojarra Frita / Fried Tilapia y Chuleta Ahumada / Smoked Pork Chop y créanme que no se cual decidirme por la mejor . Las porciones perfectas es muy poco arroz pero está bien . El plato principal es la Mojarra Frita / Fried Tilapia y la Chuleta Ahumada / Smoked Pork Chop y pueden estar seguros que es una muy buena porción . Definitivamente este es mi restaurante favorito y si volvería a pedir nuevamente. La ensalada era reciente se veía fresca como si la hubieran picado al instante

Small side of beans was so runny, not only could I not eat it, but it leaked out all over everything else in the bag.
The rice was very good.
The torta was maybe a 7/10.
They DID follow directions and left the cilantro off. A lot of restaurants don't follow directions, so I'm grateful for them reading the notes.
I'm sure they were busy today. I would give them another chance, but would hope for a little better next time.
