Everything was fresh and well seasoned. Everything was was well seasoned but a little on the spicy side.
The Cheese Enchiladas were tasty. They needed more sauce.
The tamales were good.
The salsa, guacamole and queso were good. The house fried chips were the winners.

All of the food was good but the Tostada and the Quesadilla needed more. the tostada was bland and the beef was not seasoned. the quesadilla needed more added to it: either tomato, cheese, and Pico, something was missing. if I could change anything about the #16 Taco Salad is the beans or sauce that you put underneath the shell which makes the shell collapse and I would rather that not happen.
