Not a fan. Maybe I was expecting too much for a restaurant like this, but the Jollof W/ Goat Meat had a similar flavor profile to Mexican red rice (no shade) it was pretty bland and didn't have a rich, tomato leaf flavor base like I was expecting it to be. And the goat meat I had so much inedible and tough bits that it was almost a struggle to get one decent bite. It tasted OK with the rice, but it's really not worth the hassle. I probably wouldn't order again. The portions were OK, but really not enough goat meat for all that rice even though it looks like a decent portion in the photo, most of it is cartilage and skin and bones, and there's a bed of vegetables underneath making it look fuller.

Fante Kenkey W/ Goat & Stew Fante Kenkey was fresh and steaming, stew was so delicous and flavorful. Glad to finally have good West African cuisine in Westchester.

I love the fact that they give you a big portion of foooooood. & for the price! In shock. But I've never had Egusi stew with goat meat & it threw me off. I didn't really love the idea of adding goat meat. I think they should make it a choice to add it but I'm use to Egusi stew only being made with dried fish. & the goat takes away from that authentic Egusi taste. It did come fresh but I wouldn't order it again.

Meat was so over cooked. Not very seasoned or rich in traditional color. Contained cartilage shards. And huge pieces of fat. Nasty fat not a cute lil piece on the meat. Sloppy presentation. Underwhelming. Disappointed.

I loved every second of being here. It was my first time trying African food and (who I assume was the owner) explained to me how to eat it and even brought in a regular customer to show me how to eat it properly. Besides the amazing people who work there their food is equally amazing. So delicious!!! I will 100% be going back and recommending this to everyone I know! Thank you so much!!!
