this is quite possibly the most amazing BLT I have ever consumed in my 23 years of living. the bacon has a perfect crisp, the white bread is toasted too PERFECTION. the wedges are crisp with every bite not a single ounce of soggy in my whole meal. The ranch is devine. I was having doubts on positive outlooks in this world, even in this little town of Ithaca. Well friends, may I just say if we sat all world leaders down and had them feast upon this sandwich; dare I say we would know a world of love and peace. THAT is how amazing this BLT is, I quite literally shed a tear. Eating this was like living the scene in ratatouille when he is sent back to his mother's kitchen. It is elegant, simple, and executed to the nines.
