• 4/23/26They don't fill your cup with light ice or regular ice. The flavor of the matcha is okay but overall not worth it if the cup it comes in isn't full.

• 9/6/25Ridiculous, they raise the price for the matcha tea and also made the cup smaller like children's size! Their reason because people weren't tasting the matcha, if you got a better matcha that probably wouldn't happen. One time the matcha did smelled fishy. Not going back, I understand raising the price but also using smaller cups that's too much for almost 12 bucks !
