I'd give them 10 star just for the pork belly alone, the potato salad is inconsistent tho

This is not pulled pork, it's chunks of chopped meat & fat. I paid 34$ for this and a piece of corn bread which taste like gasoline from the way they cooked it. Waste of money and terrible quality. Do not order unless you want scrap meat.

Potato Salad had no taste at all. Texture was like eating flavorless mush. Brisket gets worse the more you bite into it. Tasted alright at first but got worse and it's also so dry.

The pulled pork sandwich and Pulled Pork SandwichClassic Brisket Sandwich was very dry. I wouldn't order again. The Cornbread was good.

The food from this place was terrrrrrible. The brisket was dry, had no flavor, and was rock hard. The Mac and cheese was bland. Way too expensive for the portion size and quality
