all my receipts show a box checked indicating " no napkins or utensils" but there is nothing in the order flow allowing me to unmarked the checked box and request napkins. You can't seem to get napkins or utensils from anyone anymore. My deliveries don't go to my home. they come to a rehab, that apparently you can't get napkins or utensils outside of meal time either.
Anyway, I got the $20 Meat Burrito and saved it for dinner as I didn't like dinner choice. there was something garlicky, so delicious. it was a huge burrito. very good.

I love the consistency when ordering from Telvet. I never have to worry about the quality and freshness of the food.The Bagel Sandwich is always big and the ingredients are quality. The Orange Creamsicle Smoothie reminds me of my childhood. The smoothie is never watered down.I have ordered these items many times and will continue to order from Telvet.

We have ordered food from Telvet through DD many times. I am not one to ever leave a bad review and if something is wrong with anything I order anywhere I would always call and speak directly to the owner/manager.
The order we received this morning was just terrible and unacceptable. I feel this review is warranted and justified after calling the manager twice and telling me sorry there was nothing they could do.
Their website is very deceiving as far as showing a picture of what you get versus what you actually receive. I ordered a side order of bacon. The picture shows 3-5 pieces of bacon for $1.99 each so I ordered 3 orders thinking I would get maybe 9 pieces? That price is literally for "one" piece of bacon. So we got "3" pieces of bacon that tasted terrible.
We also ordered 2 vanilla lattes because their lattes and food are usually delicious. The coffee we got were not vanilla lattes. They tasted like weak old coffee and had no flavoring what so ever. We know what their vanilla lattes taste like.
The Telvet burrito which the guac, sour cream and salsa comes inside the burrito and if you want it on the side you have to call and let them know. Again...we order these burritos often from them and know if it is in there or not. They often do not have it on the side or forget to add it into the burrito as it is advertised on the site.
I did call because I was blown away that for $6 I only got 3 small pieces of bacon that tasted horrible. He did tell me that yes each piece was $2 and that "times are hard and everything is expensive right now". I told him they should change the side orders on their website so we know that for $1.99 we would be getting "one"piece of bacon.
I'm blown away that we were not at the very least acknowledged or received any type of a credit or apology. If I owned a business with good repeat customers and someone called in twice because they were this upset, it would be a no brainer for me. We simply wanted what we paid for!??

Everything was almost perfect. The portion of potatoes was extremely small though. Cinnamon roll was the best one I've gotten from there. It had a good amount of frosting on it. My last two cinnamon rolls had almost no frosting on them. It was still quite tasty and everyone enjoyed. Might keep some extra potatoes on hand at home for future use though.

Disappointed, I knocked they care and do better. I had two sausage patties. They were over Sausage and dry. The eggs were good. They could have been more scrambled and fluffy, but they at least had height.
