food is really good, just be aware this is a "pseudo restaurant"; it's run out of the back of Carrabba's lol, so kinda misleading. Technically separate restaurant as far as the menu and prices go but not sure if its owned by Carrabba's or what. That said, I've gotten food from several other pseudo restaurants in the last year in Bham and this is definitely the best quality for the price.

Food is cold. Missing a drink and extra sauces that I paid for (FOUR!), no napkins or anything just thrown into the bag. Ranch dressing tastes sour and spoiled. Will not eat here again.

Ordered a 10-piece tender they were not cooked fresh to order and were hard. Very disappointed.
