Second time we've ordered from Tender Shack. First time was great. Order was fresh, on-time and correct. Tonight's order was awful. We were charged for 3 meals but received only 2 meals and a side of tenders. We paid for extra sauce - didn't receive any sauce. Chicken was way overdone and the fries were underdone.
When attempting to contact the store, the automated system wouldn't put the call through and just hung up.

The Nashville hot sandwich was terrible. The bun was rock hard and there was hardly any sauce on the sandwich.
