The steak with whiskey glaze had NO whiskey glaze. It was so charred, dry, and inedible. And DoorDash only refunded a measly $6, for a $20+ steak. Disappointed!!

On other days TGIF has been delicious, but on this particular Wednesday night it was sub par. Both the ranch chicken sandwich and the whiskey glazed chicken sandwich had way too strong of a charred/burnt taste. We ordered seasoned fries but got normal fries. The cheese that went with the pretzels was just off-putting. Again, on other days TGIF's food has been delicious, but tonight it just felt like the meal was made with no love.

Steak with the fajitas was chewy and fatty, thank god I did a combo to eat the dried chicken at least

our burgers were horrible. barely cooked, almost raw. buns soggy. fries had so much salt you could barely eat it. and did not get what we asked for and how we asked for it. we were traveling and so hungry and still didn't eat.
