Had a bad experience today but normally its always on point and worth trying, drinks and bagels are good quality, fresh, and good portion sizes. Will order again.

This place is so bad. I decided to give it another try because I thought maybe I had went at a bad time, but no my bagel was rock hard once again and they didn't give me everything I ordered. Overpriced as well. I don't know how anyone enjoys them.

The Cleveland Bagel never disappoints. I often order new things to try and have loved everything! The staff are always super friendly, too. It feels like coming home.

I have ordered from here a few times a month for years. The food is great when they get it right but quality control has gone down recently. Wrong items, sandwiches arrive as bagels only, and occasionally extremely well done hash browns. Espresso drinks are very inconsistent. My latest Caramel Macchiato arrived tasting extremely watered down.
