Had a bad experience today but normally its always on point and worth trying, drinks and bagels are good quality, fresh, and good portion sizes. Will order again.

This place is so bad. I decided to give it another try because I thought maybe I had went at a bad time, but no my bagel was rock hard once again and they didn't give me everything I ordered. Overpriced as well. I don't know how anyone enjoys them.

The Cleveland Bagel never disappoints. I often order new things to try and have loved everything! The staff are always super friendly, too. It feels like coming home.

first time here will not be back. maybe it was a busy morning. Dozen Bagels hard as can be.could barely get a knife through them, couldn't get a bite off. jaw was in pain after chewing on one bite. not to mention, missing both 8oz Schmear I ordered two tubs didn't receive either, if they would have been fresh the size was good. will not order again.
