Everything was great with the exception of the stuffed peppers. The peppers were completely raw. The rice was fine but the peppers were not cooked at all. We make stuffed peppers all the time and what you first have to do is parboil the peppers and then raise them in the oven with some stock or water or tomato sauce. That allows the peppers to soften.
