Excellent coffee, have been a Starbucks customer for many years but nothing like the Coffee Bean. Dark Chocolate Late a must try so good! Ill drive the extra mile for a Coffee Bean treat. Also the staff provides great customer service.

Don't bother customizing your drink if you're not gonna get what you want anyways this has happened the last three times and I'm honestly done with the store. I paid $35 for two drinks. I expect to get what I paid for. Yes it's only whipped cream, but it's the principle that matters. So if you want your drink to be right order from anywhere else besides here cause obviously they don't care to read the order carefully even though you paid almost $40 plus tip.

My coffee was good & packaged very well loved that!! The jalapeño was completely missing from my Bagels & Spreads|Jalapeno Cheese Bagel ... so that's frustrating if I wanted a $4 cheese bagel I would have just made it myself lol..

Love the bagel! Soft and fluffy! Drink was made to perfection. Packaging was awesome.
