The bouquet and its packaging absolutely reeks of cigarette smell. sorry but in this day and age that is completely unacceptable. my daughter now has to leave the flowers outside and hopefully they will air out enough to where she can bring them back inside.

All of the roses in the Mom's Jewels Premium Bouquet (18 stems) were brown and one of the rose stems were broken. The rest of the flowers in the bouquet were fine, just the roses were sad. This was supposed to be a nice surprise for my mother. Dissapointed. :-(
