Gumbo is perfect, delicious and the best I've ever had at any restaurant!!! I love The Food Shoppe!

The Mac and cheese is Ooey Gooey and good just as the name says. It comes with good portions also. I always get this and will get it the next time I come!

The jambalaya was delicious and nicely spiced — it had just the right amount of kick without being overwhelming. Unfortunately, the Ooey Gooey Chicken & Mac didn’t quite meet expectations. It was much more watery than anticipated and would have been better with a thicker, creamier consistency. The noodles were also a bit overcooked and chicken undercooked. Overall , I’m giving three stars mainly because the jambalaya was so enjoyable, and I’d definitely order that again.

There was a shell in my food. A shrimp shell. I didn't enjoy the rice and egg combo. It wasn't what I expected. Potatoes were over cooked in some places. Extremely hard and hard to chew. They egg under the rice was also overcooked.

Didn't have any seafood available in the middle of the day and I wasn't notified until I went to pick up my order. Disappointing because the po'boy is what I went for so I would've cancelled the whole order had I known. Mac n cheese was very watery and salty. Presentation wasn't the best and the chicken looked pink and just thrown on top afterwards.
