If anything, The French Table has benefitted from its brief vacation. The Sauteed Calf Liver was, I believe, the tastiest version of that dish that The French Table has provided to me. The liver & onions were perfectly done, and the French fries were a delightful surprise. I don't know how that was accomplished, but I wish all French fries tasted like that batch did.

The Calf Liver was its usual tasty self -- gently done, and tender. Unfortunately, "tender" isn't a word that could be applied to the snap bean that decorated the veggies on the plate. It was rather more fibrous than is usual. But missing in action were the usual few slices of French bread. That was disappointing, especially after noting that the price of the dish is up by 25% from the last time I ordered it. One other plus: the dish was in the doordasher's hands in not much over 10 minutes, and that's how long it took Ara to get it to my door. That's a really quick delivery!

The price is ok however Iam not sure is due to Covid or other reason. The restaurant is empty when I arrive at late 7:00PM. To pick up my order. Hence this being me to bouillabaisse that I ordered. Since the restaurant is slow all the seafood used are the freshest especially the mussel. The bouillabaisse's soup based is odd to my understand it should be a rich tomato saffron soup base. But the one I got is a watery butter soup base that tasted it needed more time to reduce. The Salmon is ok nothing to surprising but the sauce is very heavy and thick. The Crepe Suzette is very disappointing as it is overly sweet and lack of balance.
