Called the store because I wanted a latte but the latte option is unavailable on Dash. I was told to order a cappuccino because a latte and a cappuccino cost the same, and they will make a latte. But then I still receive a cappuccino. Quality is fine, just not what I was looking for.

Abysmal customer service. They WILL mess up your order.
The only good thing about this location is that they sell baked goods from Cannelle by Matt Knio.
That's right, the best thing here is something they don't even make themselves.

Croissants are straight out of Paris and though I could skip the tarts and tiramisu ( not so good) the breads and sandwiches are super.
