I typically go in person as they happen to be conveniently located downtown, an area I frequent.
Their coffee is good, and they're happy to customize it to your taste. The chicken quesadilla is something I get often, and while it's a bit messy, it blows taco bell out of the water. Come to think of it, I've never had anything from there that I didn't like.
The staff is wonderful, and clearly take their jobs seriously. They're friendly, and each staff member knows the ins and outs of the menu. Easily one of my favorite breakfast/lunch spots in Waterbury.

I usually always order in-person since it cheaper but I had the desire for their food at work and couldn't help myself from ordering today. Decided to order with my coworkers and it brought smiles to our faces once our Dasher delivered the food. Dasher went above and beyond through his delivery as well. Great food, always seasoned well. Amazing service!

The falafels are the best! The food is always reliably fresh and made with care. I 'm a confirmed devotee & glad I found the Green Deli. Mmmmmm.... I think you'll love it too.
