I will say if you like super soft cookies, eat them fresh from here otherwise they do get crunchy. our family has no preference, but I know some people do.
cons: the Fudge Brownie (with walnuts) and Éclair are cloyingly sweet and had no flavor beyond what youd get from eating a scoop of plain sugar. while both are usually very sweet, these were inedible, and the Éclair lacked the relief typically provided by the choux pastry.
