The Toro sashimi was terrible. It's the toughest toro I've ever had. It has gristle which it shouldn't have. It tastes like it's a day old that was frozen. The same goes for the tuna tataki. The onions on top weren't good and the quality of the tuna was low. The spicy tuna oshi was not good either. The best dish was the sockeye salmon oshi and it was a 3/5 stars at best.

Absolutely unreal Oshi. Tried both the 2. Sockeye Salmon Oshi and the 10. Snow Crab "Kani" Oishi
The Kani Oshi is something so different. Even as a takeout order it was heavenly

The avocado with the truffle is amazing. Also loved the basil prawn! I wasn't sure what to expect and it was so good. The salmon is perfect. Very high quality!
