The Steak Frites were just about perfect. Had it delivered and they blessed us by packing the steak and fries in SEPARATE containers👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Shoestring fries seasoned just enough. The steak was prepared exactly as I ordered. Juicy Lightly seasoned. There was also an herbed beurre blanc. also in its own container. Everything was still warm when we got it. No need to microwave. GREAT JOB CHEF

Order the Ribeye Steak. I ordered mine rare and it arrived PERFECTLY cooked, a gorgeous sear on the outside but still rare (but not raw) on the inside. Very flavorful, good quality. The mushrooms and potato gratin in the side was delicious but I barely got to them because I ate the ENTIRE steak. Basque Cheesecake for dessert was a good way to top it off. Next time I crave steak this will be my go-to.

I've never been disappointed when I've ordered food on DoorDash or went in to the hideout café in person. There's nothing on the menu that I wouldn't recommend. I think they have the best fried chicken in the Bay Area. They're also very kind and work with me when I order food on DoorDash so that when the food gets to me, it's still warm. As being someone who was in the restaurant world for most of my life as an owner of over 30 locations. I always battle with consistency and this place has always been consistent with every single dish I ever ordered so definitely five star two thumbs up

The Buttered Apple Flatbread and Basque Cheesecake were so delicious! Portions were great and both tasted very fresh. I will continue to order these and more items often!

tThe iIitIt was the very first time I had this chicken I thought it was the best fried chicken I'd ever had. the second and third time I had it doordash took so long to deliver it it was dry and unedible because they had to leave it under the heat lamp for over an hour. while they waited for doordash to pick it up. so I called today in a very very friendly woman who work there said she would take care of it personally and she did she then ended up calling me and telling me that she took care of it personally and that the food was done as it was being picked up and then she left me a card in with it explaining that too I was so impressed. I have owned over 38 hotel restaurant nightclubs and this is some of the most professional consistent restaurant I've dealt with. I wish I had that employee or that owner working with me who helped me today my last name is DeBlasiEroc if your Google me you'll see my experience owning and operating restaurants so I know what I'm talking about
