First time trying this spot and got the Giddy Up Melt - Combo. Perfectly grilled, juicy brisket, and the bbq sauce was nice and Smokey. I just wish I got a bit more cheese.

Tasted ok but way to greasy and not worth what they charge meat over cooked and as soon as bread cooled a little it was hard as a brick I received 15 French fries those also notworth the price If your hungry find somewhere else because I could have made this sandwich at home .

the side I ordered was in a tiny ketchup container. The fries described as big thick potatoes were shoestring potatoes.
The sandwiches were ok with the brisket being the best.

Giddy Up Melt & Onion Rings were fresh and hot . It was a very good first impression for the meltdown.
