I should know better than to order based on reviews.
This was NOT a Panini
The chicken wasn't shredded as shown in the photo. It was big chunks of flavorless, boiled chicken. It was grilled like a grilled cheese sandwich with one side almost burned and the other side barely toasted. 2 stars because the extra ranch dressing was good
