Tonight me and my son ordered Pig Rig BBQ on DoorDash, and let me tell you… when that bag showed up it smelled like the neighborhood just turned into a Texas smokehouse.
I ordered the 3-meat meal — ribs, chicken, and brisket. The ribs were falling off the bone, the brisket was juicy and smoky, and the chicken tasted like it came straight off a pit that someone’s grandpa has been guarding for 40 years. That kind of flavor only comes from people who really care about their BBQ.
Now my son… this kid ordered the Mac & cheese sandwich with pulled pork. At first I thought something was wrong with him because he stopped talking completely. All I heard was smack… smack… smack… like someone eating on a cooking show microphone. 🤣
Turns out nothing was wrong… he was just too busy destroying that sandwich. When a kid goes silent at the dinner table, you already know the food is next level.
Bottom line:🔥 Incredible BBQ🔥 Big portions🔥 Flavor made with love
And the craziest part… this was DoorDash delivery and it still tasted like it came straight off the smoker.

Ordered a bunch of food. Collard greens are definitely on the vinegary side, but I enjoyed them. Potato salad & baked beans were very good. It didn't come with additional sauce on side like we had hoped, but the ribs & brisket were amazing as is. 10/10 will certainly order from here again!

Brisket was chopped up and looked and tasted exactly like the pulled pork. Chicken thighs tasted like dirty smoke.

We got the three meat platter with pulled pork, beef brisket, chicken thighs and a side of potato salad. Also got their crankin chili dog, and cowboy beans. Portions were good, flavor was EXCELLENT as usual and everything was fresh. We will definitely order again. My husband dug into his so quickly I wasn't able to grab a picture unfortunately. LOL
