Very authentic place! The huan C3. Szechuan Spicy Chicken / 四川辣子鸡 is crispy with a numbing heat. My fav is the V10. Eggplant with Minced Pork & Peppers / 臊子茄子 that is sweet and spicy.

Absolutely amazing!! The food was delicious I got the C5. Mongolian Chicken / 蒙古鸡B3. Mongolian Beef / 蒙古牛 and the A4. Chicken Pot Stickers (8 Pcs) / 鸡肉锅贴! The dipping sauce that comes with the A4. Chicken Pot Stickers (8 Pcs) / 鸡肉锅贴 is chefs kiss! Such amazing flavors and seasoning. Money well spent and we will be eating here again!!

Kung Pao Chicken was delicious and spicy. Sauce was perfect. R12. Roasted Pork Stir Fried Noodle / 叉烧炒面 were delicious, flavorful. A2. Pork Pot Stickers (8 Pcs) / 猪肉锅贴 were perfectly cooked. The filling was tasty. The sauce was spicy and tangy. Could have used a kiss of sweetness, but overall was great.

The B5. Orange Beef was a good portion but overly sweet and more breading than meat. The A15. Chicken Xiaolong Bao (8 Pcs) / 鸡肉小笼包are supposed to be soup dumplings but had no soup in them. The A7. Crispy Shrimp Roll (6 Pcs) / 炸虾卷p and A1. Vegetable Spring Roll / 蔬菜春卷were ok.

All of the batter was like this in the C10. Orange Chicken / 陈皮鸡 like a centimeter of batter and like 2 grams of chicken. Rice also looks picked through. It didn't taste great and taste/looks like it was reheated. No I would not order this again ever.
