You e gotta try this place I am a huge BBQ fan and this place nails it the chicken was a half a chicken cooked to perfection and the coleslaw wow a must try! It is so good we will be ordering again highly recommend this place

WOW, AWESOME BBQ from the
Ribhouse II Go 3000 Whitney Ave
(near Sleeping Giant) Hamden.
Many BBQ places do a great job on the pork (baby back, St. Louis, pulled)
or beef (short, brisket), but do not
give the love to the third part of the
Triad -- chicken.
RH II Go gets it! They offer a BBQ
half chicken: an offering in the most
complete BBQ establishments.
Gone are the days when you might
see some pink, or runoff of roasting
juices mixed with blood.
But you can compensate, by eating
it in the following order.
First tear off the wing. It has a large
proportion of skin & sauce on it, so
it retains moisture. But save some
of that sauce & skin to eat with the
white meat below, which is a tad dry.
The skin was done to perfection, i.e.
CRACKLING w/ a bit of char -- NOT
BURNT.
The dark portions of the bird were
exceedingly juicy & tender.
The Full Rack and the Sides were
SUPERB, but I'll save that for a
future review.
Overall, Ribhouse II Go is a Temple
of FINE, FINE EATING.

Ordered the St. Louis–style rubbed ribs with coleslaw and steak fries—everything was fantastic! The ribs were cooked to perfection, and the coleslaw (which I’m very picky about) was the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. The fries needed a little extra seasoning, but overall we were very happy with our meal. Portions are generous too—you can easily enjoy the ribs for a day or two since you can order a half or full rack. Highly recommend!

After having lived in Texas for 20 years, I can genuinely say that the St BBQ St. Louis Rib is outstanding. Their barbeque sauce, in my opinion, is one of the best I've ever tasted. The ribs are great, the fries are good, and the coleslaw is yet another star of the show. I order at least once a week!
I'm not a big fan of the price increase however lol

The food was very good chicken and shrimp we're excellent the side dishes were great and while the price of the shrimp is up a lot the meal was one of the best values I see on line or in person
