The flavor components of each dish pair perfectly together. The fried green tomatoes were elevated by the combination of the sweet pepper jam and the savory pimento cheese. It blew me away! And the crab bite's were like 98% crab. Plus they were generously sized. The only criticism I have is the corn bread. It's under saturated, but has a lovely crumb to it. And you can't go wrong with honey butter!

The Grilled Salmon Entree was pretty solid. Slightly salty for my personal pallet, but it meant that I could eat it with the mashed potatoes for a balanced bite. Everything was fresh and perfectly cooked otherwise. The portion for the potatoes was great, while the zucchini portion felt lacking. I'd order from here again, but would likely try another meal.

I wouldn't pick this meal again. The meatloaf was tough, the "mac and cheese" was bland, and the only good thing on the plate was the honey nut squash. I'm mostly disappointed because my last order from here was awesome.

i think Charred Blackened Salmon means it should be fully cooked, and not medium rare. usually you guys knock it out of the park but if this is what i get on a tuesday evening? hard pass for the price. especially with the lack of concern for like. separating sides. it shouldnt be hit or miss :/
