Delicious! The beef is cut in large cubes, and melts in your mouth. It's tender enough to shred with a fork if you prefer smaller pieces. As for the coconut rice, it's always delicious and not too sweet. It's even great just to just order to have for breakfast (heated, served with an egg on top that's been cook over easy). Pros: excellent packaging for the Thai Iced Tea, and overall. There were no spills, and even if there was, the bag was ready. The bag and Pad Thai box were clean. Presentation was as good as it could possibly be for takeout! Instructions were also followed (non-spicy).
Cons: The Pad Thai was sadly a let down. The noodles were acceptable (only a little powdery), but the chicken was like floss (tough, and flavorless; like it was not prepped or marinated at all), spring onion was also flavorless and paper-like, the sprouts tasted acceptable but oxidized (less than fresh, a bit old). The egg was acceptable, but chunky - resulting in a tougher texture and with less sauce able to coat it (the egg was probably cooked in a rush while multitasking - thrown into the wok in a rush, then left to sit and toughen).
Overall, the experience was not terrible, and it was only my first time ordering from ThongLor, and on a Saturday night about an hour from closing. Maybe it was just a bad night.

Great portion sizes, the spice level was a little underwhelming so if you like it spicy go Thai hot!! Pad Thai flavorful with great amount of chicken and nice quality meat. Basil Fried Rice barely had any chicken and not as flavorful

It was pretty good- the mild was the perfect level of heat for me (like a 3 out of 10) and I got the shrimp Pad Thai but the entire dish only had 4 medium sized shrimp. (I also wish it came with a like wedge but it is what it is)

The Vegetarian Rolls were deliciously cripy and soft at the same time. Sweet and sour sauce ws perfect and light! Thai Iced Tea / Coffee was the pick me up I needed! I got full off my rolls so I only ate a li but of my Crispy Fried Chicken Over Fried Rice but it was also delicious
