The shrimp rolls and ribs were phenomenal, as always. I tried the chicken banh mi for the first time, and it was just okay. It could have used more vegetables, though it had a generous amount of chicken.

I really wanted to love this, but I didn't. The beef in the V4. Vermicelli Salad / Bún was generous, delicious and tender, but the mint was essentially absent and the dressing was bland, even with the chile sauce added. The noodles (or lettuce) were wet, which watered down the dressing further. The egg rolls were a huge disappointment- the filling was mushy and tasteless (aside from a faint astringent aftertaste), and they were soggy when they arrived (I live a block away). Lettuce was shredded so no opportunity to wrap the egg rolls with fresh garnishes. The W3. Stir-Fried Rice Noodles or Egg Noodle / Hủ Tiếu Xào Hoặc Mì Xào were piping hot (which is great), with generous amounts of pork and vegetables, but bland. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be ordering again.

The Trio / Chè 3 Màu is delicious. They make the jelly from scratch. The garlic noodles are the best! Very tasty, has great umami flavor, and the noodles are nice and chewy.

The pho ga is incredible -- ive been fighting c-v-d for a week and pho ga is the one thing that I crave. This is the best broth that I've had... it's delicate but flavorful, and I can taste it even with reduced taste/smell!!! Plus, its reliably gluten-free, so I will return to this spot for this and all of their other delicious gf offerings!

For almost 30dollars, the value is not there. I got small pieces of chicken, one shrimp, some pork, some beef, serving is not great. Taste is ok.
