I had requested if possible to get chocolate and honey dipped glaze timbits as the majority of my pack, they were awesome and gave me just that, and it made my day

This honestly looks like leftover donut holes tossed in a box and glazed as an afterthought. The presentation is messy, the texture is inconsistent, and the freshness is questionable. Would not order again.

Ordered through drive thru this morning an got what felt like eggshells in my english breakfast muffin, had to throw it out, so there goes $8. Then, I tried again from the same store through doordash, thinking it was just a fluke earlier; and this time my order comes missing an entire Maple Waffle Maple Waffle Breakfast Sandwich, and only HALF of my coworkers Iced Capp® Light which was either filled that way or drank by driver. But somehow, bag was secure and closed at pickup so the sandwich must be on the store. Slightly irritated.

I really wish DoorDash would offer a different location to order from. My Bagels only has cream cheese on half of it (not like top or bottom, im talking the right half has a very skimpy layer of cream cheese and the left half doesnt have any), my Iced Capp® Light is great, but I'm not really sure how to drink it since they didnt give me a straw.
