Bread wasnt even toasted. Too dry. Last time Iordered it was fine. Coffee was extremely sweet. Not drinkable. Last was also fine. Inconsistent food is what kills resturants

Iced coffee nearly completely watered downand the shop is like 5 mins from my job. I didn't order anything warm or heated with the drink. Also there was hardly any chocolate on the Boston Cream Donuts and the little it had got stuck to the wrapping. Waste of money

I don't know where the extra shot asked for is or the caramel flavor is because this is a cup of watery milk and a hint of coffee but no caramel whatsoever

I'm so glad I finally got to try their coffee and food. I knew about TH's from friends in Canada. Everything has been delicious and a great start to the morning so far.
