A bit of critiquing with this review so get ready... 

I got the cheeseburger which was neatly put together! Very nice wrapping of the burger - I can see that much care was put into it! Veggies like the lettuce and onion were very fresh! Impressive! The only complaint I have is that the burger was cold. I also asked for an extra side of sauce and ordering Doordash is already spendy enough, but they went ahead and charged me extra for a small side of sauce. The fries were okay'ish - Good size. Ranch is horrible - It's that hidden valley dressing ranch that is subpar. I got an Oreo cookie shake which is quite small (12oz) but let me tell you, IT WAS THE BEST SHAKE I've ever had in my life! I asked for it to be made super thick and they did just that! It was sooooooooo delicious! I only wish there were some chunks of Oreo instead of dusted/blended cookies. The shake also came with a very thick straw which made it easy to enjoy it! 

I rate this place 3.5 stars. I would get the burger again and the milkshake, but after reading how horribly this place treats their customers, I'm apprehensive about visiting this joint in person. I don't know. I'll have to sleep on it.
