Food and smoothies are yummy, but they always mess up our orders. We order bananas as sides. Sometimes we get them, but not every time. Our last one somehow substituted a bag of jalapeño chips for our second banana. I think we've had 2 orders correct, 3 or more incorrect.

I did not like the bottom layer , but the fruits and granola were really great! It wasn't too sweet but overall it was good.

You get charged the same price without receiving the side that is offered. If they cannot offer a substitute, a discounted rate would have been appreciated.
Poor customer service as this has not been the first incident of not receiving what you pay for at this location.

This store has a had time making the items correctly. I pay for extra coconut, and instead I dont receie it at all. They put rotten bananas. This location needs an overhaul.
