Smoothies, bowls, and food are always delicious. Orders tend to be on time for deliveries; however, many times when I've ordered for pickup, I've sat waiting for 30-45 minutes for a smoothie. Also, edible straws (a $1.59 add-on) are NEVER included in the order. If I totaled it up, this store probably owes me $15 in straws I didn't get. So don't waste your money adding those.

I purchased the 2for1 deal CARIBBEAN JERK CHICKEN and while one of them was absoluley delicious. The other began falling apart immediately upon eating and the sauce was pooling inside the wrapper-- way too much-- completely overloading the flavor of anything else. My streak is now 50/50 on good vs bad experiences.

Ordered a jetty punch smoothie that was not properly made ; it had a very crunchy consistency; a lot of ice not a smoothie at all. They would not replace or refund my drink. This is not what I paid for!

The Buffalo chicken wrap and the sunset smoothie were great! My side of kale salad was not so great. There was barely a spoonful given in the container.

Everything was fresh and delicious, and made the way I requested... I've always enjoyed everything this shop has to offer, from the sandwiches to the sides, and smoothies....
