Bagels were warm, soft and deliciousas always and the crumbcake is decadent!

worst Chicken Cutlet Bagel Sandwich I've ever tried to eat, then threw away. The chicken was inedible, literally. Shame on whoever let that sandwich leave the store. It looked like it was left out in the sun for a week, then thrown on a roll. Meat was grey in color and tough as a rock. Had no lettuce or tomato as shown in the photo, not that it would have helped at all. You're in the heart of Floral Park, and you serve your guests this? Also, bag was not sealed and was opened for the driver to tamper with, as well as both coffees. Will not be spending money here ever again.

I enjoyed the bagel lox bread, but unfortunately, the coffee didn't have enough creamer/milk. This is the second time this happened although I didn't enjoy the coffee itself I would've preferred it with more creamer.

Egg and cheese bagel was underwhelming. Bagel was not even warm, cheese was solid and unmetled on top of a scrambled egg.
I asked for veggie cream cheese and to have my bagel toasted which resulted in an $8 adjustment. Excuse me!! 8 dollars for a change in cream cheese and a toasted bagel?? No thanks. Never again . Maybe have those options and substitutions listed so we dont have to write out requests with unknown costs.
