The perfect size noodles. The chicken is always plentiful and tasty. The vegetables just top it off. And you can't forget the yum yum sauce.

My favorite is the Las Vegas Roll but all rolls I have tried are good. I was a little disappointed in the Shrimp Tempura Udon as it only came with two shrimp. Overall one of my favorite late night places to order from.

Definitely overpriced for such a small portion. Dumplings are frozen, not freshly made or worth the price. Sushi Super Crunch Roll very small for the price. Would not eat here again becase it's not worth it.

We spent almost $200 at UMAI Sushi, and the order was very disappointing for the price. For six sushi rolls plus additional entrées, we only received four small packets of soy sauce and two sets of chopsticks, which was not enough for the size of the order.
The fried rice was very bland and underseasoned. The shrimp udon was also disappointing—the sauce lacked flavor, the vegetables were not great, and there were only about five pieces of shrimp. The edamame was inconsistent; some pieces were extremely salty while others seemed overdone.
The sushi rolls were also inconsistent in quality, especially considering that some were around $20 each. Overall, the portions, flavor, and attention to detail did not match the price. Unfortunately, this was not an order I would be excited to repeat.

Why is the Pork Belly so disgustingly tough? Pork belly should always be soft, fatty, and moist. The Salmon Deep Fried Roll was such a small portion for $13 with much flavor to be desired. The Miso Soup was probably the only appetizing thing I ordered. Pretty disappointing all around and just a bummer
