This restaurant is totally 5 stars! Hats off to the chef... the freshest food I have tasted in years or seen! I received everything I ordered plus more wasabi and soy sauce. The Mixed Green with House Ginger Dressing was the best I have ever had. Everything I ordered was perfect and fresh. Delivery on time. Updates on order never late but early. I will never order sushi from anyone else! I am so glad I tried this restaurant and so will you! Thank you....oh and the Miso Soup amazing.! Sushi salmon perfect.

First time trying Umai and I'm very happy I did! I ordered the Miso Soup, Rainbow Roll, Shrimp Tempura Roll, and Fantasy Roll and each item was delicious. Will definitely be ordering again and recommending to others!

Spicy Ornament Roll was delicious! The store does need to work on quoting order times. I ordered 2 rolls and was quoted 45 min. I showed up 15 min after my quoted time and was told they were behind and it would be another 15 min at least.

Very very sweet. Texture would be better if it was charred a bit. Lots of eel sauce on it.
