The sushi is delicious, but they forgot to put in my order, so when I went to pick it up (after already waiting 1h 15m for the order to be ready) I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to make my food.

My katsu was burnt and dry as heck, and the sauce that came with it was flavorless and disgusting. Sushi was ok, but the waitress kept talking with the sushi makers and took forever to bring me my check, and I was almost late to get back to work.

You charged me $4 for a tiny cup of broth that was suppose to be Miso soup. there was absolutely no food in it, just broth. disgraceful

sushi was ok, but waited 45 extra minutes because they must've forgotten about my order or something? I walked in about 3 or 4 times over and finally they said they were 'making more rice' and that they were just now starting my order, 45 mins later. just go to kobe
