I got anamazing Shrimp Tempura Roll! Durto my many allergies, it was very naked looking (my allergies fault not Umi's), but the flavor was top notch! We think it's the best Japanese restaurant inthe whole central Florida area!

Eh one Wagyu-Beef-S slice for 12 bucks it's alright but I should have just bought myself a whole ribeye of Wagyu-Beef-S & slathered it in butter for 100 bucks and saved would have had like 25 slices lol

both of our dishes were disappointing. the noodles are bland. the best thing about the ramenoodles? the broth. the best thing about the Yakisoba? maybe a vegetable. the miso soup was actually the best out of all three dishes. let me tell you, thathard boiled egg is not a sseasoned egg. you have to marnate them for at least 24hours to get a decent seasoning flavor! you can't just call a hard-boiled egg seasoned. recommend marinating soft or medium boiled eggs in 50/50 soy sauce and mirin- best ramen eggs i have ever made. Also, Tonkotsu Ramen is supposed to come with pork?! we got none!

The Bushojo Sushi Roll and Mango Tango Sushi Roll were both really delicious! Pricey in my opinion, but at least they hit the spot. They'll have to be a special treat.
